Issue: Tracer cannot find a cloud model after it is submitted

Tracer Server may be unable to find a cloud model after it is submitted, causing the harvest to fail.

Problem:
  • The user does not have access to the cloud model
  • OR, The incorrect Revit version was specified for the cloud model
Solution:
  • Ensure the user has privleges to access the model, ensure the correct Revit version is specified
