INSTALLATION ISSUE: Problems with “Local Machine” installation (for Enterprise subscribers)

Follow these steps to ensure proper installation using the “Local Machine” .EXE installer.

Note: The .EXE installer will need to be run for each machine. All users of that machine will have PG Apps installed.

Installation:

  1. Uninstall any previous installations of Conveyor, including Trial versions.
  2. Ensure the .EXE installer download is “unblocked”.
  3. Run the .EXE installer

Registry:

  1. Ensure there are no “CURRENT USER” entries for the app.
  2. Create the registry keys under “LOCAL MACHINE” according to the instructions emailed to your organization. Ensure that these are being created as “Strings”.
